One Original Arabic calligraphy artwork is written on Ahar (handmade paper, Acid-free) which is coated with multiple coats of wheat starch and a sizing made from alum and egg whites then burnished until it shines, a process from 500 years earlier calligrapher used to do. Written in brown calligraphy ink using bamboo calligraphy pen to reflect the Islamic ancient traditions for writing Quran manuscript calligraphy in the 9th and 10th century’s.
